The placement department works in coordination with the all the departments and as well as the training team. The main goal of the department is providing students with job opportunities in MNC's and reputed organizations. Rapid globalization has increased the competition for employment everyday hence placement has becomes a challenging task.

A full-fledged placement department is functioning in our college with a fulltime placement director. Placements records of our students help us to understand the crucial role played by our college in maintain the fruitful and meaningful relations with the industries.

The placement department organizes "STUDENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM" that enables the students to step up to professional excellence. The ratio of engineers and managers passing out from institutions to the employed is 10:3;

This situation is primarily due to two factors:

The university curriculum and pedagogy does not take into account the prevailing technologies, work culture, job requirement in the industries.

Classroom learning is based on knowledge enhancement whereas employability factor depends on skills and attitude.
